Lockout Movie

lockout MovieLockout is an upcoming science-fiction thriller movie based on a script by James Mather, Stephen St. Leger and Luc Besson. The film will be directed by James Mather and Stephen St. Leger. Actor Guy Pearce will have the lead role. The cast also includes Maggie Grace, Peter Stormare and Tom Hollander. The release of the movie Lockout is set for February 24, 2012.

Plot:
"Set in the near future, 'Lockout' follows a falsely convicted ex-government agent (Guy Pearce), whose one chance at obtaining freedom lies in the dangerous mission of rescuing the President's daughter (Maggie Grace) from rioting convicts at an outer space maximum security prison."

Would it be really economic to send prisoners, even dangerous ones, to space? I find it hard to believe... But such a setting will allow spectacular scenes for sure, so I guess I don't mind even if the premise is a bit far-fetched.

Anyway, more information about the movie Lockout soon.
